I'll make this one brief because life is a blur right now! (Smile!)
Many of you already know that the August issue is now on sale. Some of you have emailed me that you have been unable to find the current issue. Please check your local grocery stores, drug stores, and bookstores for the issue with Usher and his baby featured on the cover.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Never As Good As The First Time received a small blurb on the bestseller list. All praise to God!

The 1st draft of book 2 is now finished! YAAAAY Celebrate good times come on! Whew! There were times when I didn't think that I would make it! Thank all of you who kept me in your prayers!
Most of you know that I will be in Atlanta July 25th through August 3rd for a series of booksignings culminating with signings at the National Book Club Conference. I am very excited about this venue as I will finally get to meet some of my favorite authors, like Walter Mosley and Tina McElroy Ansa!
Finally I will be conducting a creative writing workshop the fall (date not finalized as of this writing). If you are interested in attending, please send me an email so that I will know what size venue to book for the class!
