BR Parents One Amazing Kid: Gordon Crawford

Like many kids, 12-year-old Gordon Crawford is a big fan of the Internet. Gordon, a seventh grader at Baton Rouge International School, used his love of the Internet to learn about vexillology, or the study of flags and their history, symbolism and use. BR Parents One Amazing Kid: Presley Matt

Just before her 10th birthday, Presley Matt made a wish to help kids in need. Presley and her family, mom Meghan; dad Chris; and siblings Elikai, Tallulah, and Arrow, volunteered with local local nonprofit, It Takes a Village BR. Last winter, Meghan raised money for socks, underwear and blankets, which the family purchased together. Presley remembered that experience, and thus the Dolls Project was born. BR Parents One Amazing Kid: Preston Edwards

What started as an activity to help him gain confidence and keep himself safe turned 10-year-old Preston Edwards into a world champion.
